We understand your property is “your baby” and will treat it as if you have placed “your baby” into our care. If there is something going on at your property, we will let you know. LHC Management was started in 2020. It is a growing company, seeking a higher caliber of personnel, products used and property management. The company manages luxury vacation rentals in the Palm Springs area and has offices in Palm Springs. We are local, with knowledgeable people, available to answer questions about the area, the market, the different city’s rules and regulations.

Benjamin Leaskou is the President of several businesses including LHC Management. He exhibits excellent communication skills along with an acute attention to detail. Several words that would describe Benjamin would be enthusiastic, persistent, tenacious and professional. Words that would be synonymous with Benjamin would be successful, a great leader and an exceptional mentor. Benjamin started his career in Palm Springs with Windermere Real Estate in 2007. With guidance from his mentor and help from his associates, he quickly rose to a top 1% producer in Palm Springs.  

In Operations, we have Portia Richmond, who has worked in the vacation rental industry for over 12 years. She has seen the rental market drastically change over time in every city in the Coachella Valley. Her extensive knowledge of city permits, city and county taxes, codes, rules and regulations is beyond most in the rental field. She has created vacation rental websites, linking them to the online portals, such as Airbnb and VRBO, provided rental rates for properties, created house descriptions, processed all the accounting pieces for rentals and been a part of every aspect of the vacation rental process.
